Summary: Jennifer M. Stenson, age 23, of 13940 Cherokee Trail in Homer Glen was cited for no rear registration light and driving while license suspended. Michael J. Florian, age 29, of 14621 S. Bell Road in Homer Glen was cited for possession of drug equipment.

Location: 15551 W. 143rd St. Gas City
Summary: At 2:49 a.m. a clerk reported to Sheriff's deputies that an unidentified male/white, with a brown goatee, 5'8", 175 lbs., wearing a black/blue plaid jacket with blue jeans, and a black bandanna, pulled up and began fueling his gold Chevy Malibu. The offender then left his vehicle, as the gas pump continued, entered the store, wandered around and then went back to attend to his car. He then reentered the store and approached the front register where he first asked for change for $1. When the clerk opened the register he stated, "Tm robbing you", and held up his hand, which was covered with a black ski mask. The offender then implied that he had a gun, reached into the register and took about $270. The offender fled the scene in his vehicle heading east on 143rd Street. The clerk was not injured. Under investigation.
