Summary: Keith C. Thorgren, age 20, of 16663 W. 147th Place in Lockport was arrested for aggravated fleeing/eluding police, reckless driving, speeding, improper lane usage, four counts of failure to signal, two counts of disobeying a traffic control device, driving too fast for conditions, driving on a suspended/revoked license, operating out of classification motorcycle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Summary: Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a loud party complaint. Sixteen people were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. They are: David R.
