Summary: Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a vehicle in the ditch. Michael Miskell, age 21, of 13912 W. Appleway in Homer Glen was arrested for driving too fast for conditions, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, DUI, DUI over the legal limit, possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summary: Catherine M. Collins, age 17, of 14865 W. Ashton in Lockport was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and illegal transportation of alcohol.
